PM&R at Emory, pain fellowship at Florida, now private practice with my own electrodiagnostic lab. There was nowhere for a trainee to practice a nerve conduction study without a patient in front of them, so I built one. Every waveform is checked against 25 physiological invariants before it reaches a learner.

StimCoach runs in any modern browser — nothing to install. The 3D limbs use WebGL, supported by current Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. A larger screen is easier for detailed measurement work, but the free studies run on a phone.
