These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StimCoach (the "Service"), a web-based educational simulator for nerve conduction studies and electromyography technique, operated by Shokat Wellness Academy LLC ("we," "us"). StimCoach and LesionLab™ are products and marks of Shokat Wellness Academy LLC. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
StimCoach is a training simulator. Its waveforms, values, and feedback are modeled for teaching and do not represent any real patient. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and must not be used to plan, perform, or interpret studies on real patients. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of qualified clinicians using approved equipment and their own judgment.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. Your account is personal to you: one person per account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
A free account includes the studies designated free within the Service. Paid access is sold as a pass: a one-time payment granting your account access to the purchased tier for twelve (12) months from purchase. Passes do not auto-renew. When a pass expires, your account returns to the free tier and your data is retained. Passes are licenses, not sales: we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own education during the pass period.
You may not share accounts or resell access; copy, scrape, download, decompile, or redistribute the Service's content, code, waveform engine, images, or 3D models; use the Service to build a competing product; circumvent access controls; or use the Service in any unlawful way. Group or institutional use requires a group license — contact us.
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which is the seller of record for your transaction and handles applicable taxes. If something isn't working or you believe you were charged in error, contact support@stimcoach.com and we will work with you to make it right, including refunds where appropriate or where required by law.
The Service, including its software, waveform engine, study content, text, images, 3D assets, and the StimCoach and LesionLab™ names and marks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. No rights are granted except the limited license in Section 3.
We aim to keep the Service available and current, but it is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, add, or retire features. If we permanently discontinue the Service during your active pass period, we will provide a pro-rata remedy for the unused portion of your pass.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied; and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how we use it, and is part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated in the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
