This policy describes what Shokat Wellness Academy LLC, the operator of StimCoach ("we," "us"), collects when you use stimcoach.com and the StimCoach application (the "Service"), and how we use it. The short version: we collect what's needed to run your account and your purchase, and nothing else. StimCoach is a training simulator — no patient data is involved, and you should never enter any.
Account data. Your email address and a password (stored as a hash, never in plain text), plus standard authentication records such as sign-in timestamps. Authentication is operated on our behalf by Supabase.
Purchase data. When you buy a pass, checkout is handled by our merchant of record (Polar), which is the seller of record and processes your payment details. We never see your full card number. We receive and store the purchase record needed to grant access: your email, the product purchased, the order reference, and the pass expiry date.
Technical data. Our hosting providers keep ordinary server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for security and reliability. The application stores your session token in your browser so you stay signed in.
We do not run third-party advertising or sell personal data.
To operate your account and the studies your account unlocks; to deliver purchase and account emails (welcome, password reset); to answer support requests; to prevent abuse; and to understand, in aggregate, how the Service is used so we can improve it.
We use a small number of processors to run the Service: Supabase (authentication and database), Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), Polar (merchant of record for payments), and our email delivery provider (transactional email). Each receives only what it needs for its role.
Account data is kept while your account exists. Purchase records are kept as required for tax and accounting. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account data and retain only what law requires us to keep.
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing support@stimcoach.com. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as the EU/EEA, UK, or California), we honor the rights those laws provide.
The Service is intended for medical trainees and professionals and is not directed to children under 16.
We may update this policy; the date above will change when we do, and material changes will be communicated in the Service or by email.
